Who:  Meh...
What: Positional Post.
When: Whenever...

Her eyes opened against her will, taking in the room about her, through furrowed brows.  The dull headache, weighing them down even further.

The light in the room wasn't right.  It wasn't morning.  Which was probably a good thing, since she wasn't in bed.

Lifting her hands to her face, Sara rubbed at the weight on her eyelids.  In hopes that the friction would clear it.   Knowing it was pointless.  The headache asserting itself with the action, she brought her feet to the floor, standing from the couch, littered with books and files.  A search for answers that became blurred and fruitless with the bottom of the empty bottle on the floor at her feet.  Nudging the offending object with her toe, she let out a frustrated breath.

Coffee.

Shuffling into the kitchen, eyes crawled over the bare space.  Hands instantly going through the motions of brewing a fresh pot.  Dumping out the cold rememnants of the last 'needed' fix.  Filling the resevoir full, she'd need all the help she could get.  It was the one appliance, possibly the ONLY appliance used regularly in the kitchen.   That and the fridge full of takeout.  Again.

Reaching for the can of coffee, popping off the lid, Sara reached for the scoop.  Hands finding the cold metal bottom of the can.  Empty.  She'd meant to go shopping yesterday.  But that was before...

The can hit the counter with more force than necessary.  A scowl falling on the kitchen window.  She didn't want to go out.  The sunlight too bright.  The day just too harsh.  Better to stay out of sight.  Even with the lack of caffeine.  The old dusty bottle of instant at the back of the cupboard, a more appealing option, than encountering people right now.

Besides.

Sara filled the kettle, and set it on the stove, crossing to the island, more files and paperwork there.

She wasn't done.
